All items, except earrings, may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team nurulamin587@gmail.com through our website with your order details. We will then provide full instructions on how to return your item. Please ensure your return is securely packaged. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
